Ontario Romanian Canadian Association has the pleasure of inviting you for a day of relaxation and sport. All day BBQ and refreshments, plus a raffle with exciting prizes such as soccer balls, T-shirts, tickets to see Canada’s national team in the World Cup 2014 preliminaries, and much more. All the collected funds will be directed towards building a Romanian Cultural Centre.
The tournament will run over 5 hours, starting at 10:00 am, on the 3 turf fields of the AURORA SPORTS DOME, on Saturday April 28, 201
Mini-tournament for kids between 2:15-2:45 PM and after 5 (boys and girls, aged 7-13).
The following teams are participating: FC Transylvania, Viitorul Aurora, Sportul Toronto, Poli Toronto, FC Thornhill, Richmond Hill, FC Hamilton, Lumina, Dacia. Cost of participation is $200 per team, kids play free. Games will be played in 2 rounds of 20 minutes each round; each team will play at least 3 games. The formation will be play in 5+1 (+ 4 reserves) and on this occa-sion ORCA will communicate to those attending at this event, the intentions and purpose of the organization and also will give them the opportunity of binding friendships that only sports offers.
